UPLIFT HARBOR brings together a vision for community support, shared knowledge and opportunities to build a more independent future. Our proposed citizen-to-citizen mutual benefit network is organized around three areas: • Anchor — stability, housing needs and everyday support. • Beacon — peer learning, practical skills and financial literacy. • Launch — career development, small business and economic independence. These areas describe our proposed direction, not a guarantee of available services or funding. Participation rules, locations and any available benefits must be confirmed for each program.
